During the initial consultation we work with our Client to formulate a comprehensive development brief.

Developing The Brief

​

Following a site visit, mood boards will be provided and a scope of works developed considering the individual Client's budgetary and timescale requirements.

Negotiation

​

We can advise as to the professional team requirements and assist in providing our Client with an indicative construction budget. We have significant experience working with the Client's lawyers (depending on size and scope of the project) to consider and agree the professional team's schedule of services.

Developed Design

​

We will assist in the preparation of the technical design in co-ordination with the relevant members professional team.

Administration

 

We coordinate with the regulatory authorities to assist in ensuring that the correct planning & listed building permissions are put in place. We monitor the professional team and report back to our Client for sign off on completion of each RIBA Stage.

Tender Process

Liaison with the quantity surveyor to assist in ensuring a fair & efficient tender process.

Construction

​

We attend site meetings and monitor the construction process, arranging meetings as necessary with the professional team and reporting back to the Client. Our attention to detail is unsurpassed.

This complete service includes the procurement of all furnishings, decorative & household accessories and artwork to ensure a personal, holistic & pragmatic design.
